How Are You Honoring Your Core Values?

Now that we’ve identified your core values, let’s look at how those values are being honored (or not) in the various areas of your life. You’re going to very quickly see why certain parts of your life are filled with stress or making you unhappy. You’ll also see exactly why other parts of your life feel so wonderful.
