What is Treated with Respect Coaching?
Treated with Respect Coaching is all about getting people to value and respect you. We’ll spend time looking at your internal beliefs about yourself. We’ll work on understanding the sources of your internal narratives and shifting them to work for you instead of against you. We will identify toxic behaviors in others along with developing and maintaining strong boundaries. We’ll set weekly actions that support you and help you develop healthier relationships with the people in your life.
Who is Treated with Respect Coaching for?
Treated with Respect Coaching is best for people who are tired of being walked on, people who struggle to stand up for themselves and have their voice be heard, people who want healthier relationships at work, home, or everywhere.

Treated with Respect Coaching is appropriate for everyone: teenagers or adults; men, women, non-binary, trans, whatever. This coaching is for you if you’re ready to build stronger, healthier relationships with the people around you. 
What are the Benefits of Treated with Respect Coaching?
Many of us are taught our whole lives to put others ahead of ourselves. We learn to believe that being kind, compassionate people equates with being a doormat.

Being treated with respect doesn’t mean you are arrogant and demanding. It means learning to recognize your own value and worth and living in such a way that others also recognize your value and worth.

1.5 – 2 hours per week for 16 weeks
Money: $1000/month for 4 months 

How Does Treated with Respect Coaching Work?

Each week, you’ll have growth work to do to prepare for your next coaching session. And each coaching session has a particular focus. The list below is the basic structure for this coaching package, BUT we will adjust whatever we need to in order for you to get the maximum benefit from your coaching. 
There may be topics listed below that simply don’t apply to you so we will shift those weeks to other things. Or you may have a particular area that you want to spend more time on. Or, the process below may fit you perfectly and we’ll follow it to the letter. We’ll work together to make this coaching as effective as possible just for you!
