We’ll dig in to find the root sources of your unhappiness and frequently, we end up focusing on just a few key life areas. We’ll discern your core values and look at how your life is aligned with them.

Wayfinding Coaching
Figure out how to create and navigate a life you’re excited to live.
Wayfinding Coaching is based on the ancient Polynesian art of wayfinding in the ocean. Like the ocean, our lives can seem mysterious and complex. Sometimes we wander aimlessly and we don't know where we're going or even where we currently are. The ancient Polynesian wayfinders were able to successfully navigate thousands of miles of ocean because they knew where they were and they understood the signs the ocean and sky gave them. We can do the same in our own lives — if we understand who we really are and know the signs to follow, we can successfully navigate our lives and live with meaning and purpose. 

Wayfinding Coaching has four key phases.

We’ll address these questions in each phase:
1. Orientation – Where are you right now in life? What are your core values? What are the internal narratives you believe about your life? How has your past shaped you and brought you to where you are currently?

2. Developing a Course Strategy –
Who do you want to be? How do you want to show up in the world? What is your Ikigai (reason for being)?

3. Monitoring –
How do you know you’re on the right path? What guides can you follow along the way? What do you do when you’re confused?

4. Alignment Recognition —
We’ll use the 14 life areas to determine where you’re aligned and where you might be missing the signs pointing you in the direction you want to go.

Conquering Loneliness Coaching
Shifting your world and combating loneliness
According to research, almost half of us feel deeply lonely. Additionally, two in every five Americans say they don’t have meaningful relationships and 27% of us feel like no one really understands us. 

Conquering Loneliness Coaching has two parts: internal and external. We'll look at your inner thoughts and limiting beliefs. What internal narratives are fostering your loneliness? What gremlin voices are reinforcing your beliefs about your loneliness. 

We’ll evaluate the existing relationships in your life and create a vision for the circles and tribes you want and need in your life. We’ll spend time looking at your fears and other emotions attached to this process. And then, we’ll set actions for you to achieve your your vision. 
Who is Conquering Loneliness Coaching for?
Conquering Loneliness Coaching is best for people who feel isolated and alone in their lives, people who find it difficult to make and maintain friendships, people who struggle to find their tribe.
Coaching Duration: 12 Weeks / 3 Months

Treated with Respect Coaching
How to get people to value and respect you
Getting people to value and respect you requires both inner work and outer work. In Treated with Respect Coaching, we’ll spend time looking at your internal beliefs about yourself. What do your gremlin voices say to you? We’ll work on understanding the sources of your internal narratives and shifting them to work for you instead of against you.

The outer work involves identifying toxic behaviors in others along with developing and maintaining strong boundaries. We’ll set weekly actions that support you and help you develop healthier relationships with the people in your life. 
Who is Treated with Respect Coaching for?
Treated with Respect Coaching is best for people who are tired of being walked on, people who struggle to stand up for themselves and have their voice be heard, people who want healthier relationships at work, home, or everywhere. 
Coaching Duration: 16 Weeks / 4 Months
Frequency: Weekly 50-Minute Coaching Sessions

Goal Success Coaching
Have a big (scary!) goal you want to achieve? Coaching will get you there!
Goal Success Coaching starts with checking your alignment with your core values and discerning your “why” behind your goal. We’ll define what success really looks like and we’ll spend time visualizing that success. 

We’ll develop weekly actions and accountability that move you forward as fast as you want to go. We’ll look at your supporting tribe, timelines and schedules, and the role your ego plays in all of this.

Life Coaching provides a safe space for you to stop sleep-walking through life and really wake up to your real self. You will peel off the layers of who you’re “supposed” to be and rediscover who you truly are. We’ll focus on awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and actions in every moment and move your life in the direction you really want to go!
Who is Life Coaching for?
Life Coaching is best for people who don’t readily identify with any of the packages listed below, people who know they want to change their lives, but aren’t really sure where to start. Life Coaching is great for people who want accountability as they make changes and shift direction.
